David Raines Community Health Centers chosen for initial phase of HRSA’s N95 mask program

Beginning March 1, 2022, David Raines Community Health Centers will have NIOSH-approved N95 masks available for distribution to patients and community members. David Raines Community Health Centers were among 10 Louisiana health centers chosen to receive N95 masks for distribution to the community during the initial phase of HRSA’s (Health Resources & Service Administration) N95 mask program. The program is part of the Biden-Harris administration’s commitment to ensure underserved communities across the country have equitable access to the public health tools needed to prevent the spread of COVID-19. HRSA’s program will gradually provide NIOSH-approved N95 masks to approximately 100 to 200 health centers.

David Raines Community Health Centers will be offering one pack, consisting of 5 masks, per person, while supplies last. Masks will be available at the following 5 David Raines Community Health Centers: Shreveport on West 70th St, Bossier, Gilliam, Minden, Haynesville.
