Mental Health Awareness Month has been observed in May in the United States since 1949.

If you or someone you know is having difficulty and needs help, here are some resources available in the tri-states:

CONNECTICUT

211 of Connecticut offers links to comprehensive, up-to-date information about programs and services that can help with mental health care.
Warm Lines are helplines staffed by people who have mutual assistance experience/expertise. These lines are not crisis lines and the days/hours of operation vary.

NEW JERSEY

NEW YORK

VETERANS
