AUSTIN, TX, August 23, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — The Texas Association of Community Health Centers (TACHC), a private, nonprofit organization committed to advancing equitable access to quality health care in Texasand unite usthe nation’s leading technology company connecting health and human services, are partnering to expand a coordinated care network that addresses unmet social needs and improves health outcomes for Texans statewide.

TCACH will join the Unite Texas Network, which began in 2017.
