It’s reunion week on campus. Being connected to a community is an important dimension of holistic wellness and I hope you can take advantage of some of the Homecoming Events – including those specially intended students.

Key health information in this week’s update includes:

Upcoming Flu Vaccination and COVID-19 Booster Clinics

The last flu and COVID-19 vaccination clinics on campus will take place in the coming weeks for students, faculty and staff. Pre-registration is recommended for the following clinic dates:

Wednesday, November 2, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Lakeside 214

Friday, November 4, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Lakeside 214

Tuesday, November 8, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., LaRose Student Commons

Thursday, November 10, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Lakeside 214

Community health update

Every Tuesday afternoon at 4 p.m., the COVID-19 university webpage is updated with information on the status of COVID-19 in our community. The site also includes a link to the latest CDC COVID-19 information. community levelswhich are presently at Low in Alamance and Guilford counties.

Our next Community Health Update will be next Wednesday, November 9, at 10:45 a.m.
