Here’s where to find reproductive health resources in Syracuse

A draft opinion leaked Monday confirmed that the U.S. Supreme Court had voted to overturn its decision in Roe v. Wade, which guaranteed the right of access to abortion with some provision for state regulation beyond the third trimester.

According to the Center for Reproductive Rights, 29 states have laws that do not protect the right to access abortion or directly prevent people from accessing abortion if Roe v. Wade is canceled.

However, if the decision is overturned, access to abortion will still be protected under New York State reproductive health law. The Daily Orange has compiled a list of reproductive health resources available at Syracuse University and the city of Syracuse.
