Cardio workout in three sets of 10 minutes | Selah Myers

This 10-minute cardio workout consists of 7 sets of three (3 exercises back to back). We perform each move for 30 seconds each with no rest between exercises or sets of three. The first two moves in each set are high-intensity, explosive moves designed to get your heart rate up. The 3rd movement is an isometric grip similar to the 2 previous exercises. It’s like a break, but we’re still working our muscles. For example, we do rocket squats, pop squats, and then a squat grip. Use the hold “pause” to catch your breath and get ready for the next tri-set. It’s definitely a killer workout. Don’t be discouraged if you need to take extra real breaks throughout the workout.
